I try to separate
politics and religion, but I have learned that there are good and bad, logical, and illogical in all walks of life.
Most issues have double edged swords. Ex; Hobby Lobby does not pay for birth control. but they must pay for pre natal and neo natal, and pediatric care.
No choices we have are forced on anyone in this great nation. Buy what you want. It's as it should be.
if one does not believe in a law or a certain freedom, they are free to practice it, or not to. Same for abortion, and I know a few devout catholics who had one as teens and young adults.
That said, voting for any candidate based on their stance on it is a sad reason to vote for them. We are almost 8 billion people on earth. What exactly are they trying to conserve?
They sure didn't conserve the economy from 2002 through 2009 either.
Oh, and off the record, yes, I like the man from Vermont. Not that he could really change much, but he believes in a strong middle class.
It's the best type of economy any nation can ever have.
When we spend, we spend back to companies. When we are able to save, us, and companies can borrow at lower interest rates.
Our local auto workers supported my job through the 70's, 80's, 90's, and into the new millennium, so I supported theirs.
Like me, hate me, I really don't care. No body takes it with them.
