Sad news from Veg today

I receiced a phone call from him today telling me that his mother, (Mercedes Pope) passed yesterday.

Veg is very private on certain things and I hope it doesn't upset him that I shared but, he has several friends here that I'm sure would like to send him condolences.

Veg (Bob) is doing well. The viewing is tomorrow, the funeral on Wednesday.

Thank you, Beth, for bringing this up. This site is a source of a great deal of joy and pleasure for my Bobby and I appreciate, on his behalf, everyone's good wishes.

He was the best son any parent could ever have... he remains the best husband I could ever hope for...
