If these machines ever make it to the US, they would cost around $2,770.00 US. I don't much fancy paying that kind of money for a plastic Korean washer. I'd rather buy a Miele if it came down to it, thank you very much.
I like what Eugene said about future machines not even having controls and requiring an internet connection. What fun hackers and Big Brother could have with our laundry habits/products!
Again, this type of machine is aimed at people who find laundry day odious and don't want to have to think about any of it, not putting in the detergent or even seeing the laundry in the machine, for that matter. I do NOT like the smoked out covers on the glass doors these days. They seem to be more and more common.
