The Strobe

The best songs and artists of the classic dance era.

It is an awesome channel.

That is the main reason why I subscribed to Sirius. Was considering cancelling my subscription when they did away with that channed when Sirius merged with XM.

So glad it is back.

We ended up getting rid it altogether. I am glad that the Strobe is back and I do miss my OutQ in the Morning. We might go back to it but for now its an expense I can do without.

I've Kept It For A Few More Months

I had decided to cancel Sirius/XM in my car and called customer service. They offered me five months for $25 (a limited time offer). I said yes.
It's nice to have Strobe and OutQ--along with the decade music channels. Still on the fence on whether to renew after the offer expires, however.

I love my XM, since OutQ came on, I have become addicted to Derek and Romaine. My wife is mystified, but I think it is a great, funny show for my hour commute home.

I am finally able to listen to my Pioneer Inno at work again. Was surprised to find OutQ had replaced one of my favorite channels and really enjoy Frank and Doria in the morning. Rather like Blue Collar 148, though a lot of repeats and of course the Broadway channel. Around 11 am I change over to the Old Radio Programs. Lots of fun and they do run old commercials as well on it. I like the Inno as if there is a song I like I can record it.

Derek and Romaine are a blast! Frank DiCarro (sp?) and even Michael Signorile are too too much!

Classic dance era!
OMG back in the day when I was a true twinkie int he bars and clubs of Manhattan and the boroughs, shirtless, dancing my @$$ off, drunk out of my mind and movin' to the goovin'

Rememeber when those places stunk of booze, cigarettes, leather, cologne and sweat? And you had to go home and take TWO showers to get the stench off of you.

THOSE WERE THE DAYS!
