Hello community - Swiss washing machines

Hello everyone,
I've been following this forum for years, however I just decided now to become a member of aw.org :-)
I'm living in Switzerland and of course I'm common with almost all swiss brands. Currently there is a V-ZUG Adora SLQ in my laundry room together with a vented V-ZUG Adora TLA dryer. I really love the big capacity, the short washing times (thanks to 400 Volt) and the quietness of the washing machine. Before the V-ZUG I had a Schulthess Spirit XLI, a really sturdy machine, even shorter washing times, very high water levels if desired and so on.
Because I buy appliances and resell them for more money, I tested/washed with about 30 different washing machines and dishwashers (mostly newer models of Swiss Brands and Miele). The most expensive one was the Unimatic T of the newest generation, which is not sold anymore.
When I have more time, I will upload a few pictures.

Hi Mike, thank you!
Mike you've got a good collection, hope you're Adora SLQ is still going strong.
Here are some pictures of my Schulthess Spirit XLI which was was my daily-driver and Merker washing machines that I sold.
I will post pictures of the Unimatic T in another thread. It's a very silent washing machine, can spin almost everything without rebalancing it ramping up very fast to extract a lot of water in a short time, same capacity as the Adora SLQ 60L drum volume. One thing I didn't like is that there is no option to set a higher water level. If soil-level is selected on very dirty it will take more water. I prefer the water levels of the Adora.

Cheers

What I do with those washers

Hi guys
Haha, no I don't restore them. Sometimes, if I'm fast enough and lucky, I can find good washing machines for little money. I pick them up, I do a maintenance cycle with citric acid, replace broken parts if needed and then, I take good photos of the machine and add a good description of the machine. I usually resell them for at least double of the initial price. And this works fine. I'm still a student and if I'm not to busy I can follow my hobby and earn money at the same time. Every single buyer was pleased with the machines I sold :D

I'll just share some photos of the Adora S (produced until 2006) and the Unimatic T (produced until 2014), it might be the wrong thread for this but anyway... more photos will follow soon

Cheers
