The 11.5 lb box (120 loads)is on sale for $9.99. I saw it in the Sears add today, and the website price is also $9.99.

As a former Sears employee,(left on good terms)I am sorry to hear of your dismay. Grant it, they aren't quite the same store a lot of us grew-up with fond memories of, but their policy still remains (at least while I was there),"Satisfaction Guaranteed, or Your Money Back).
If the store you normally visit has a CRAPPY attitude about your issue, try a another branch; if not too inconvenient.Once resolved, I believe both YOU, & the STORE will be the better for it. Good Luck!

They wouldnt even replac my side by side or the food in it like they were supposed to under the MA after the 4th time it died and icecream was running down my kitchen floor. They told me sorry you needed to have the repair man take pictures and prove that the food was actually spoiled.I said of corse the food spoiled it was July and they couldnt get anyone out for 6 days. She said again sorry but we only reimburse if the repair tech says to, But for the inconvenience we will send you a 10.00 Sers coupon. OMG I was never so mad at someone over the phone in my life I dont think. You can imagine what I told her to do with the coupon lol
 
We had a POS garden tractor we took delivery of last march, and needed a service call within one week, we had over 12 service calls in a year in which they actually showed up, they cancelled at least 18 times, I have been trying for a return since last June and it took me multiple calls to get nowhere, and I even tried for an exchange which it took me yelling at an operator and her supervisor to even get that, worse yet, they delivred it and then wanted the replacement back because they had the invoice wrong and delivered someone elses tractor and expected us to pay them for it when it was their mistake. They have been so rude and of no help over the past year that the final straw was when they sent out the wrong replacement and only wanted to fix their mistake and not fix our problem.So After several nasty phone calls from them I now refuse to step foot in that store and I even cancelled my Sears card and Sears Gold Master Card. I am also trying to deter everyone I can from shopping there I am so pissed off with my treatment there, Not to mention prior problems there in which they knew who I was when I walked into the Auto department that several people would avoid waiting on me because of their not wanting to do anything about the bad and improperly installed tires on my mothers Park Avenue(We had flat tires as soon as the car got home the da the tires were purchased)and that I would wait there and demand a manager and a refund for 45 min, while the looked at the tires and would say there was nothing wrong(of course it didn't look like it because I had to fill the tires up 2 times to make it there)
So I am finished with Sears forever after multiple bad experiences and their not backing the "Satisfaction Guranteed or Your Money Back"
