I ran across this site on a search, but access to the literature is membership-only. Membership is $50/year but is restricted to full-time service techs. Any service techs here who are joined or interested in doing so, and willing to download/share the files? I'd be willing to pay the $50 to get some F&P service literature. I mean *real* service literature, not just parts lists.

Answered my questions. And yes it qualifies as a Bob load, but for complete certification, the load must be finished completely without any, if much, washer impediment. And the dryer has to handle the asme load as washed. It gets a partial certification.

I'm signing up with the ServiceTechHelp folks-just sent in my qualifications, and am awaiting their response. Since I've been doing commercial/industrial refrigeration, hvac, food service & commercial laundry stuff for over 30 years, I think they'll count me in and take my money.
