Thanks for the info. That does look like the right door seal as the machine does have a chevron drum. The chrome band is held together with a small clip at the bottom. There is a small hole either side of this and you basically pull them towards each other which releases the clip and then you can remove the band and then the seal. Will give the sealant band a go as well as would rather keep it so I can take it apart easily in future if I need too.
Can you date the machine with the serial number? Yep I'm looking forward to making some vids too!

I knew I could depend on you to have the list. Very helpful. General service information for Servis seems very thin on the ground considering their nationwide network. I guess there were a lot of disgruntled engineers at the time they went under who probably ditched stuff. Fingers crossed there is some stuff out there that might surface.
Hopefully I can get on and get it up and running again soon as a treat to myself for my birthday
