We stumbled on this today on Sony's website. With some digging in these folders you'll find service manuals for Sony monitors, VCRs and other home video/audio products:

Great, where did you find this? Looks interesting. I was going to head to the library in a day or two to copy the Sam's Photofacts on 2 Sony receivers, a STR-KG700 and a STR-DE597. From the looks of your posting these are too new to be included, these date fro 2007 and 2009.

Matt, it came up in a Google search. The manuals are from the 1999-2002 period.
