More than likely this washer needs a new belt. I could be wrong but in my experience with these gawd forsaken washers its always a worn out belt that will cause spin issues and they probably dont realize agitation issues as well.

Good machines but DESPISE the first slow spin and the Speed Queen Scorch-O-Matic dryers that make everything extra crispy, pretty sure you could bake a pizza with the optional shoe rack.
