Speed Queen Washer Dryer Issues

I came across this all electric SQ laundry center which I knew had one problem, it had been monkeyed with.
Someone had wired in a regular 120v plug to use the washer because their house lacked 240v.
That is issue one. I also am missing a ground wire apparently, as I see evidence of one having once been attached. (See pics) I need to know where the black and white wires that have been spliced normally run to.
Issue two is the dryer blower wheel is rubbing against the blower housing. (See pics) What is the fix for a rubbling blower fan, the housing or the fan? What would cause that, heat distortion?The housing is tight to the motor assembly.
Lastly I found a mystery screw (see pic) unlike the usual SQ 5/16” which is predominantly used, any thoughts?

Okay one step forward, fixed the dryer wheel issue.
Turns out when the hot air flue got mangled at some point in this machines history, it was pushed into the dryer and bent the motor mount bracket which the blower assembly attaches to. This distorted the plastic blower box and caused the fan to contact the back of the box.
By removing the fan assembly, straightening up the motor bracket, and also the metal front piece of the blower box and it’s two “feet” which attach the blower assembly to the base of the dryer, I was able to get results.
I noticed the flue was disconnected and that is why I opened up the dryer in the first place. It’s anchor point on the bulkhead flue which attaches it to flue was bent out of shape, and that’s when I realized the flue was jammed into the machine at some point. I just needed to connect that incident to the blower wheel issue.
Next up: the thermistor is reading about 59 at 200k ohms setting on the volt meter. Seems off.

Need to find the specs for this part.
Sadly my other SQ dryer uses a different arrangement for the thermistor and so I was thwarted after I went in to grab a spec that way.

Not going to worry about the thermistor, can’t find a spec for it.
The power cord issue seems to be a non-issue. I think this machine normally ran two cords, one for washer and one for dryer, and the crappy wiring was just a bad attempt at replacement.

The odd screws I found were to attach the dryer power cord.
Someone had put the wrong ones in their place.

The punch list as it now stands:
1) Sort out missing hardware to join dryer with washer
2) put missing feet on washer
3) find/fit correct strain relief for washer lead-in
4) clean washer door boot
5) assemble unit and test

Luckily I have two majorly messed-up SQ top loaders I am making into one good working machine. I should be able to scavenge some needed missing bits from what’s left over.
