What would, or should the caption be for this photo??

I can't believe I got rid of that 806 washer!!!! Of course this is 7-10 years from now......

When I look out of my window I see this:

Ripening samaras from elm trees. In a few weeks the green wings turn brown and they start to fly around, forming heaps in the streets like drifting snow does.

The kitchen side

of the house, the beds were full of daffodils in Feb. A tornado came through last friday night. We lost 2 windows on the back of the house and had leaves embedded into the wood siding. By sunday morning everything was beautiful again.

Nice shots Greg. Your place always looks like a beautiful escape to a calm and quieter way of life--except when a stray tornado or two comes calling.

Maybe if this thread is still going when I'm back from the bear cruise I'll have a few shots to post.

Walking...

My sister had booked me in for a walking tour through the flowering orchards. She took this picture today.

Yes, there is an orchard in the picture :-)

That's what i call "a bearing"

This is my friend (our colleague) John Buscemi.
This picture was taken during a visit to the Itaipu Dam, in my city, a few months ago.

That's a "tiny" bearing is one of the smallest part used in the generator's turbine. It's a very light (only 25 ton) part and as you can see it's very small (only 9 meters diameter), perfect for those compact Bendix or those ultra compact Electrolux front loaders. LOL

*Picture posted AFTER his authorization.

Sorry for the poor quality. It was shot using my cell phone
