Gary are you a music teacher? I thought you would be since you played the organ - and wouldn't you have a choir practice tonite?

As for Pittsburgh, our situation is bad because it is in layers:

ice
snow
ice
snow
ice
pavement

A real challenge to remove no matter what tool you use. I had to use a pry bar to open my car door.

Ok, well no more driving through Nebraska (btw i slept for about 2 hours in the back seat of the corolla in a rest stop there)Wyoming, or Colorado or any place similar with snow all over the place.. Here's the Corolla with snow mounds in the back ground as tall if not taller than it

Here's out front of my uncles house in Boulder Co with the snow still falling.. This was Tuesday.. I drove monday night through a portion of I-70 in freezing fog and blizzard like conditions, never had driven through it before, but i did it.

HI Neptune, I am currently the counselor at school and teach English and have taught vocal music in the past. I am the organist in a small UMC and have no choir, thank God! What a pain in the _ _ _ that can be. Have fun guys. Gary

Oh yes, the Chicago snow.

I spent a lovely few days in Palm Springs (sunny and 75 degrees), only to come back to Chicago and immediately enjoy A BLIZZARD!
The day after I returned warm and happy in Palm Springs, I had the joy of getting stuck in a snowbank - IN MY DRIVEWAY!
BAH - when I retire it will be to somewhere warm.
I snowblowed my driveway only to have the wind blow the snow right back at me. When I finally went into the house my head was icy and crunchy.
I immediately entered the fetal position with my Palm Springs postcards littered around me.
