Recipe sounds dee-lish!

I too favor Kelly's method. I use a pressure cooker a lot and I too don't think the can could withstand the pressure even for a small amount of processing time.

NOW...I want someone to put a commercially canned can of SOMETHING in their pressure cooker at 15 lbs. for an hour and let us all know if anything interesting happens.

I won't be doing this in my kitchen anytime soon!

I stand corrected. I just followed alr2903's link for the recipe and I am amazed! I am too chicken to try it though.
