It appears that I posted this same video a few weeks ago to in part 1. There are two channels with Swedish ads, Teknik 2000 and Svensk Nostalgi. Totally forgot about that while I watched the full video back then. Age and Nutrasweet! lol

My grandma used to say
"You need double the dishes with a dishwashe". Back then only one aunt had one, and they had 7 kids, so they needed double sets anyway. Her early 60's Kitchen Aid wasn't that big. Her Tappan 400 double gas ovens had as much space. It'd take the woman in the video a week to wash all those with a small machine.

The two frontloaders and the twin tub are all relabelled AEG products, but I'm not sure what company made the compact set.
The other machines are automatics, the compact set semi-automatic.

Oooh, I like the twinnie with the H-axis rather than impellar or agitator based washing compartment.
I have a soft spot for them too Bob. Especially for the automatic one in the shop window that is a bit bigger than the compact set that has the leading part in this video. The one in the shop window is a Husqvarna relabelled AEG Turnamat, a machine I mentioned on this site rather often. lol
There was so much to like in that video, and great to see the "Twosome" that we had discussed before with the washer paired with the slightly differently sized spin dryer. In some ways this could be argued as the best of all worlds, the convenience of an automatic (or perhaps in this case semi automatic) with a high efficiency spin dryer

This is what out Which magazine had to say about it in 1973. They rated it good value for money, I would love to find one someday although they are a rarity in the UK to say the least of it

We also had Dual floor cleaner and polish in the UK although the bottle was different. As I recall it was better on linoleum or vinyl tiled floors than ceramic tiles.
And Comfort remains a big brand of Fabric Softener, in 1965 it was pretty much unheard of. Hard to tell what brand the top loading H axis machine is but there is a good, if brief view of the Husquvarna branded AEG washer

The Turnamat S was the second generation one. It was more efficiently (or somewhat cheaper if you want) than the first generation Turnamat we see in the window of the shop in the video. It was the Turnamat S that made an automatic washing machine reachable for a lot of people. Despite AEG's price policies (a set price for them) a lot of dealers sold them for a lot less than AEG wanted.
