It's an Anaheim, rebadged to Tappan. I can't say much bad about Anaheim's disposers - I had two Sinkmasters that served me well for years!
O'Keefe and Merritt put out high quality ranges for many years. As has sadly happened with so many quality badges, at some point O&M was bought out and the brand was vulgarized by bean counters.
The O'Keefe and Merritt "Town and Country" (aka "Aristocrat") ranges graced kitchens in estate homes of the wealthy across the country, and easily fetch five figures today. You won't find anything that compares from Wedgewood or other competitors from that period.

Yeah, I've seen rebadged WCI refrigerators with the O&M name.......

Total POS, not worth the plastic it is made out of, even the sink collar is plastic, these have been around for years never saw one that was worth having..

I've pulled several of these disposals after seven years of use. Seven years for a disposal is a very decent lifespan in this century. (All were in a large rental housing complex, in case anyone here is wondering about the timing). As to the whole 'plastique' stuff, I've never seen that be the cause of failure, yet.
No, they aren't as well built as the top of the line stuff being put out by Emerson, but they're not bad.

In one of the apartment buildings I lived in the old Anehiems were replaced with BADGERS when the place was renovated-LOTS of Anehiems in the dumpster!Rescued a few-they still worked-but the shredders were worn away!

We have seen many where the plastic sink collar cracked, and the swivel blades often bent to the point that they scraped on the cutting ring and their batch-feed switch arrangement was really cheesy as well.
I know that the cheap bager type disposers from ISE aren't worth buying either but at least they work well till the cutting components get so rusted that they start passing larger pieces of food directly down the drain.
When we worked directly with ISE, ISE was building inexpensive Bager style models with real SS grinding components because the US Government required the more durable parts for the thousands of units they bought for Public Housing communities.
