I would love it if buyers wanted to purchase with living and dining room furniture. We intend to move into the style of house where this furniture does not belong!

you need to make it known, loud and clear that the furniture would be optional, or available for sale, at extra cost, should any buyer be interested, it can't hurt..... can't imagine someone not considering how beautiful that room is........

when we got this house, the owner left the dining room furniture and the stainless steel island in the kitchen....it just fit this house perfect for the decor...otherwise he was gonna trash it.....although we have just replaced everyhing, with leather and marble, dining room table and 12 chairs, living room, and master bedroom all match, mainly because the rooms are next to each other, and we wanted to keep everything uniform.....
