Not to detract from Tog's "Absolutely Disgusting" thread, but I thought it would be interesting to see what (food ingredients) people really enjoy eating.
Some of what would be on my list (prompted from some of the comments in Tog's thread):
Black ripe olives - I can easily eat a whole can and come back for more...
Italian varietal zucchini (stir fried is the best)
Baby back ribs that fall from the bone...
Rotisserie chicken
Unagi (eel cooked Japanese style)
Peruano or Mayacoba yellow dried beans (soaked overnight)
Who doesn't like a nice grilled choice or better ribeye steak?
Wild pacific salmon, gently sauteed not grilled
I used to like all sorts of pasta, especially chow mein and udon, but currently I'm eschewing wheat products so that list is on hold. I'm settling for rice, potatoes, corn in the meantime.
