Today I went shopping and while my original idea was to buy only vegetables for some fresh minestrone, I saw this bottle on offer: Econcentrato Chante Clair 4X. It was on offer half price and I just couldn't pass it!

I've seen the ads for it a few months ago but never bothered to get it as I hate marseille soap scented detergents and this brand is associated with it but this one hopefully isn't.

It's made from the Italian firm Real Chimica and I must say performs wonderfully in warm, so far I've used it only for one wash at 40°C and is great! Also rinses cleanly without excessive foaming. A 625 ml bottle is 25 loads.
It's one of the "cold power" active from 15°C types of detergents and the first one "all purpose" enzyme based that I see doesn't mention 90/95°C wash temperature but tops to 60°C.

Once out of the washing machine the smell is very mild and pleasant, not exactly fresh but clean, it somehow reminds me of "old" clean! ahhaha

Gabriele

I saw yesterday that also LD discounts have their own brand (Dian) concentrated liquid.
BTW I use Chante Clair "Lana e Cashmere" to wash handwashables in the handwash programme. recently I also bought the "Cotone e Lino" mild detergent (similar bottle as the "Lana and Cashmere" one) : it is great on velvet trousers and on linen shirts

Thanks for the info Favorit! Anyway, you should really try this detergent too, I like it better than the Ariel Excel Gel that I got from the UK! It doesn't foam at all and cleans wonderfully!
Now I realize the smell, it's a little like Bio Presto Sensitive, the version that was discontinued last year in favour of the new one advertised by Umberto Pellizzari that I used to like very much!
