the "Hotpoint" brand returns to vacuum cleaners

Thanks to Ryan (sebo_fan) over on VL for drawing our attention to this.

The new cylinder vacuum from Hotpoint will be released in August 2013. I believe this is Hotpoint's first venture into vacuum cleaners since the mid-late 1980's.

Hotpoint vacuums were previously made by Siemens - I wonder who is manufacturing these.

Damn, it's too bad Hotpoint is a different company here in the US. Those vacs are nice! Who manufactures their irons? They look like they would work really well, lots of steam when you need it.
