Rub It Good

Hazelnuts are toasted and then rolled in a towel to get rid of the husks before pulverizing in a processor.  A touch of flour a quick fold and we're ready for a 325 oven.

Prepare to Render Your Arteries

12 eggs yolks whipped stiff and 2 cups of Karo and 2 cups sugar brought to a full boil.  Slowly pour the hot syrup into the egg yolks

Dust the top with powdered sugar, add unsweetened chocolate to the butter cream and pretty it up.
