Well, you may have read about the famous Beltsville warehouse of John's (Combo52); on October 9th and 10th, a wash-in and gathering of collectors was held! This is just a small part of the incredible and wonderful collection there!

One of the many washer-dryer combinations there was this stunning Lady Kenmore
And of course a Philco-Bendix!
Look what else was there - a Rollermatic and it's matching dryer. This could be love...
There were plenty of other fascinating washers and dryers, like this 1956 Whirlpool set
And of course there were more than a couple of dishwashers - this early 50s Kenmore caught my eye!
And there it is - 'my dream machine' Kenmore 600 Roto-Rack... Sigh!!
A stainless steel Blackstone washer dryer set to die for!
And I was honoured to meet Robert himself!
Darren (aldspinboy) found his dream machine, too - this fabulous Philco!
Among the ranges and refrigerators, this beautiful Americana stood out to me... must have been the colour...
It was a gathering of new and old friends; and a wonderful time was had by all!
There are lots more photos to post, but I have to hit the hay before I pass out from exhaustion... Stay tuned, there are sure to be more photos from everyone else who was there. But, I must say this - thank you John and Jeff for all your hospitality and opening up your collections for us! It was absolutely fabulous!!!

here is a panoramic sweep of the main room in the museum....and that shelf at the top of the pic does not really curve like that but I was trying to get the 3 pics my camera needed to put this shot together before any of the people in it moved so I had to work fast.

What an amazing place! I would be in absolute heaven!
It cant be any more like a real store from the 60s. Look at all those candy like machines! All set up like a display in a big department store!
And vacuums to go right along with it!

Looks like a grand time was had by all, great to see familiar faces again...and new ones as well...any chance of names to go with faces!!!..
