Tide Original HE Liquid

Even though I ordered Gain it was out of stock & I got sent this as a substitute.

Tried it on a general load at 40c, filled the cap to line 1. The liquid itself smells a lot nicer than UK Ariel Clean & Compact, the Tide to me smells like the Fresh Lenor/Downy Unstoppables (blue ones).

Everything came out very clean, performed better than the Ariel equivalent I found on the same wash & there was a light pleasant scent on the laundry. Not many suds though considering it apparently suds a lot.

I am very happy for you that, for once, a substitution was more satisfactory than what you originally ordered.

I didn't even know until I opened the box & it wasn't Gain. It was a £1 cheaper too for the same size bottle.

A Quid cheaper for the same bottle?

Tide is always more money than Gain here in the USA.

That's what I find weird about it but I ordered from an American Food Store that was .co.uk so they must save had it cheaper than the Gain I originally wanted,
