Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

I will post the results pic after the cycle is finished. So far we have had this dishwasher for well it will be 2 years in August. No problems whatsoever. She runs flawlessly and worth every penny we spent on her. Even though this load isnt overloaded she does hold quite a bit. Its decieving how much space there really is since the racks look shorter than an American machine. This dishwasher is very flexible.

Nice Cutco knives, xraytech<br
Mike, that LaPerla is just beautiful. As much as I love my Hobarts, that would be my choice if forced at gunpoint to choose a modern dishwasher ;-<br
You guys should hear Robert's 52 Hotpoint dishwasher in the kitchen now - it's just spectacular. The sounds it makes are just incredible, you would swear the water molecules are being separated and soon it will be source of hydrogen for fueling the car! SMASHING around in there! Everything we put in came out sparkling clean every time.

Thanks Greg<br
I love my Cutco knives and the Cutco cooking spoons, but most of the spoons are in the old Rosewood handles not the beautiful pearl handles like my new spoon and all of the knives. I just wish they wern't so damn expensive, I paid $37.50+tax for one cooking spoon

Scour the thrift stores! I've only bought one or two pieces of my set new, the rest have all come from estate sales or thrifting. Fifty cents to a dollar and then I send them back to be redone for free at the company. I love the utensils as well, those came from the same place(s) so they were a steal. I need to send those in and have the handles refurbished but they aren't too bad. The rosewood handles never go in the dishwasher, the newer pearl handles would make that task a bit easier but I don't mind washing and drying them by hand, it's kind of a ritual ;-<br<br
Best cutlery ever!

Greg or Terry do either of you have any of the Cutco silverware service? I dont yet but that is my next Cutco purchase when I have a few hundred dollars extra, just dont know if I want the pearl or silver handles for that.

I don't have any Sam but it sure is nice looking. I am not sure that I will ever get any though as it seems way to expensive to me.

I don't have any of the tableware but would love an entire set of the stainless handle to show up on the front porch looking for a home... One disadvantage I've seen with the plastic-handle (pearl and classic) flatware is that it's very difficult or impossible to "stack" in a drawer<br
Their cookware also looks lovely, but I have a set of the Amway "Queen" that is exactly the same except the handle shape so it would be a huge waste of money. The good thing about window shopping is that you never know what will be at the next estate sale!

Greg
I agree that their cookware is very attractive also, but I dont think I would ever buy it. How do you like the performance of the Amway Queen set
I personally am a die-hard Club Aluminum user, but I do have 2 sets of Kenmore cookware. When I replace the Kenmore sets I will probably try the Tupperware cookware even with it's prices that are equal to or greater than All-Clad prices, but I love anything tupperware<br
Though today and tomorrow there is an All-Clad clearance sale at the Washington County Fairgrounds, since All-Clad is manufactured locally there is a clearance sale 2 times a year and I may have to go try something tomorrow, since I have never tried All-Clad yet.

Sam, I would give Al Clad a try, I think that you will love it. I really like the fact that it goes in the dishwasher and comes out looking like new always. I think that once you have some of it you will want more and more.

Well Terry,
this afternoon before work I am going to the All-Clad clearance sale at the fairgrounds and I want to at least get a nice 3 qt saucepan for making candies, cooked frosting, and cooked pie fillings. I do believe the All Clad will be perfect for that
