Is the little lady about to pour granulated bleach into the bleach dispenser?

The white area looks too smooth to be granular. I think they wanted something that would be sure to show up in the photo so they used an opaque liquid. It could be milk. It did not matter as long as it showed up. It is a questionable picture, though. I'll give you that.

I don't see the Icon Of Evil (WCI) anywhere on the literature. Is this actually a pre-WCI Westinghouse, or did WCI not have the balls to put their name to anything at that time?

Speculation, one of the last TOL Weasyhouses. By that time I don't think Mansfield had the ability to turn out a machine like that.
