Pretty horrific. Just goes to the show the dangers of opening the door carelessly whilst the machine is running

Well from my opinion, there was definatly something wrong with the machine if the toddler could get access to it, no doubt about that. It may have been the door interlock, but how could the toddler survive if the machine was on its fastest spin??? I cant imagine him surviving that.
