I loved the video

Michael, thank you so much for capturing this event on DVD. What a treat it was to watch it and remember being there. I just don't remember you in everyone's face with the camera. I guess that is truly the mark of a professional.

Thanks for the great walk down memory lane!!

Mike, what a FABULOUS DVD!!! Just got it in the mail today; thanks for the hard work and effort you put into this as it definitely paid off! All of the fun machines and the creative ways you showed them. I had a great time in Tucson and I'm ready for the next one in 2007!

Now you need to come to the next Texas wash-in! ;-)

You are all too kind!

Thank you all again.

Jason, I was thinking of you when I was editing Toggle's Evil Gang. I figured a little cheesecake was a good thing!

Austin, with a bit of warning next year, I just might make the drive to Texas.

And this is my relaxation, not hard work at all. I love doing this stuff.

WOW!

Mike!

I watched the entire DVD with Austin and Tom yesterday and was awestruck!! What a stellar job you did with this!! You sure brought back memories of a wonderful weekend with your great music and vintage film clips! You are truly a video pro!

Thank you so much for all of your efforts!!

Mike,

Also got the DVD today, it was a very nice surprise. As others have said, I was impressed with the production quality. As it played, I wondered to myself, "Where did he get such HAPPY music?" LOL. Thanks for the credits at the end, too.

Loved the part in the movie with the Brady Bunch maid getting surrounded and overwhelmed by open lid vintage washers.

The Ironrite movie was fascinating too, although a bit more than I ever wanted to know about ironing. I've actually seen Ironites given away in my area, most people I guess have no idea what they are for. And of course perm press fabrics have put a dent in some of the ironing business.

Music

I have my nephew to thank for that. I love Lounge Music, and have quite a bit. But hadn't heard some of the new stuff that was out there. The CDs are available through Amazon. They are those tunes that once they get stuck in your head you can't shake them.

Poor Alice, what will she do with all those washers going. Even I had to turn off the sound while I was putting that part together.

Should there be a 2007 Tucson Wash In, I'm trying to get a good friend of mine in Phoenix to haul down his Ironrite and I will be happy to do live demonstrations.

Thanks muchly--and VERY much-great video.Loved the washers, the vacuums, and the people.the music was great!Liked the shot of the works in the Blackstone-that remined me of a frtiend of my Mom's when I was very little-the freind started a load of laundry in the machine-opened the front doors and let me watch the mechanism to a warning--"Now you don't touch anything in there!"I was too small to watch the top-with Tuscan video-I could now see what was going on!!Pretty cool.Loved the Easy machines-the rythemic "SLURP-SLURP" of its ramp agitator.Looking forward to more of these videos. And the last cut in the disc-the training video on the Ironrite pressing machine-after seeing that-would be so cool to have one.The washer watching for me in that early incident was to give me something to do while my Mom and her freind talked.Remember the session lasted thru two washer loads.
