How do all.

Here is a thread to show a few of the photos that resulted from a weekend of washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and small kitchen appliance fun at Mike Kings place, over the Bank Holiday weekend just gone.

Much fun was had by all and thanks go to Mike for hosting the event and tolerating us all and all the disruption these events cause.

Cheers to Mike and it was great to see people together again.

First thing that hit, after the shock of so many small kitchen appliances, was the stunning sun effect on them.

The small appliances were provided by Alistair Kerr (Vacbear58) on Discuss o' Vac, Mathew and Mike.

They made for a fantastic exhibition and provided a stunning show of blenders, mixers, beaters, kettles, irons and the like, from many different brands.

on the table were the mixers. Kenwoods, Sunbeams and Hoovers and I was glad that the table held up to the weight, which was considerable. I was on tenter hooks all weekend, waiting for the sound of crashing small appliances.

All was OK though...

Kenwood A700 (I think), with various attachments bolted on. They made soooo many tools and attachments that the mind boggles.

Behind the Chef is the bigger Kenwood Major...

This was the sight that greeted you on entry...

jack's (vintagehoover) collection of Dyson cleaners, all in superb as new condition...

With Miele's current upright offering standing alongside too. Never steered a vacuum cleaner before and was a strange sensation, I have to say...

Over to the laundry....

here is Servis' first tumble dryer, in the form of the Mk24 Supa-dry.
Current thinking is that this machine is derived from the Burco D2 tumblair.
Perhaps servis wanted in on the market and bought in an old design.
Either way its an unusual machine that looks just like a cupboard when closed...
