Thomas it looks like you have a weak clutch torque spring. The machine should be near full 1140 rpm speed after 30 seconds as you can see in the video I posted in link below and the tub should not turn during agitation (except for the first 1 or 2 seconds).
Your are going to have to take the transmission apart, clean it and change the spring. It also sounds like the spin bearing is roaring which means either its low on oil or water got into the transmission. Its completely fixable with just a few parts, reference the:
FRIGIDIARE W0-65 Supplement
and the
FRIGIDIARE Unimatic Mechanism Restoration Manual
from the Service Manual Library.

Honestly, I'm afraid to disassemble it and don't be able to reassemble the machine.
Remember, I'm a former designer with SOME technician knowledge.
Before everything I'll study, study and study both manuals until I get completelly used with all the instructions.

I won't use the machine anymore until it's fixed because i don't want to let things worse.

How can I fix the timer? I've read something about a company in the U.S. that fixes vintage timers. Does it worth or it's reasonably easy to fix by myself?
some portions (usually after the 2nd rinse) it doesn't turn off when pulled, also, it's not accurate and it doesn't turn by itself.
The fill valves are missing, and as i have no choice, I'll have to use an standard solenoid. (going to fix it soon)
The wires are very damaged and I'll replace them too. Whitch wires can I use? (frigidaire parts are impossible to be found here)
I won't use the machine anymore until it's fixed because i don't want to let things worse.

Thomas, you should fix the transmission first before working on the timer or water valve. In order to fix the timer you are going to have to test it and in order to test it you will have to be running the transmission that has no oil it which might cause more damage.
And I believe you will have to fix the timer yourself, no one that I know of works on timers any more.

That keymatic looks amazing, it is so good that between yourself, Mike & Matt examples of these machines remain in operation - serioulsy they may be the last left in the country.
Now, if you can only find a Hotpoint 1600 .....
