Yes I've noticed many of the videos I have made have ended up on YouTube on without me posting them! Oh well, then more of the world gets to enjoy them.

Robert-- I noticed the person who posted your Philco vid on YouTube said "the washer belongs to a friend of mine", so I thought maybe someone from AW posted it. The other videos I recognize as yours all say Unimatic1140, so I'm hoping you posted those, at least, LOL.

sorry to hi jack the thread of sorts but i was just watching your clips of The Secret Storm and Search For Tomorrow! I love those! I used to watch those shows when i was little. In fact I watched SFT clear though the 80's when it was cancelled. Thanks so much!
How funny that all those commercials were geared to the "ladies". Nowadays I guess laundry detergents are geared for the household in general. But when you see these old commercials, it is the lady of the house that those spokespeople are talking to. Funny how times have changed!

That Philco washer action looks like it's doign the hula dance on steroids! Anyweay, it does have nice turnover, and very splashy!

jiggewash, it uses jiggewatts of water power deep down under the surface where it counts! I am always surprised at how that machine turns over clothing!!! And Robert keeps stuffing it while its running--that always gets me nervous like its just going to stop. Don't do that Robert its nerve wracking for sure, don't you know its dangerous to add clothes after the washing starts??

Morgan aren't those old soap operas just fabulous! I love them, I have a bunch of them on VHS that I need to transfer to DVD. I should do another montage with vintage Soap Opera openings. The organ music is the best part!
