Very old washer id request

While I toured a historical sociaty on 4th of july this year and last I ran aceoss this this very old I believe to be twin tub washing machine. I would of posted pictures sooner however my phone camera will not work on my computer. This washing machine is not mine however I would love to know more about it. I also remember seeing a blue setting on one of the switches, Isn't that for like if I want to use bluing such as mrs stuart's liquid bluing?

That looks to be one of the very early Easy Spindriers. I believe that one has the agitator action like a Frigidaire, up and down rather than back and forth like the Easy Spirolator had.
