Wow, that's really close. I wish they had posted a pic. Would this be one of those with the high frequency agitator? Would the console be lighted?

Probably either an original Deluxe or Standard model (like the background wallpaper on Northwesty's post above).

I talked with owner yesterday, model B-3 from about 1952, caabinet approx 28 wide, water rationer, he said it was still hooked up when they moved in last year,

This is a real nice Bendix. Is this the model that you can store the powder detergent in the dispenser. I think this model may have the magic heater as well.
