Six Feet Under

The HBO series Six Feet Under features a number of vintage appliances in the kitchen and, IIRC, the laundry.

In season 1, the Fishers have an Avocado KSD-16 in the kitchen. At some point during the run of the show, I guess the kitchen was remodeled by the set designers and the KitchenAid was swapped for an Avocado Caloric dishwasher. Not sure why they’d change a vintage for vintage and leave the rest of the kitchen alone. My guess, they needed it for another show/movie.
