Looks to be a late 80s DD washer, a good washer that would be much easier for someone to keep running than an older BD washer would be, control parts would likely be NLA and expensive if needed however this was about 3rd generation of WP built electronically controlled washers and they were not as troublesome as the earlier controls on BD washers were.

We certainly don't see these often. I do remember them from childhood though. My Maternal Grandmother's senior Apt. building had them on every floor. They were very splashy machines and I remember the fill valves being quite loud. They were 2 speed GE machines with the large capacity tub and 2 agitator system. Also the hole pattern in the tub was quite different than the standard GE That building opened in 1979 to give an idea of the age of this machine.
