Correct, Hans - newer than 1950.

The diswasher and range hood are GE, but the range is Frigidaire, as I'm thinking the refrigerator likely is also.

...love that fridge and the snowflake design on the handle and the pink stove to match. I'd probably use it in a butler's pantry. I'm not sure where the house would come from at this "juncture" in my home procurement future. :-/

I've seen lots of Nesco roasters before, but never a "Roastryte" like that. At first I thought it was a portable radio! It doesn't appear to be as big as the standard roaster.

The Woodtone Brown GE refrigerator looks very nice. It's located about 60 miles NE of me. However, it's not something I need at this point in time.
