That Kraft ad with all those meats and that hunk of cheddar makes me hungry. I love that stuff. At one time I weighed about 325...280 last January. I'm now at 185 at about 6 feet. I've purposely tried to lose weight although people think it's because of the cancer diagnosis in February. After years of having doctors tell me to lose weight, I'm now told to EAT MORE CALORIES! I'm going to get yelled at during tomorrow morning's appointment with the radiologist. Fortunately she's very nice. I'd like to have that roast beef, pastrami and liverwurst (which I love) in front of me along with a knife and fork and "pig-out"...something I could write a book about.

Like so many other members, I really appreciate all the work these "series" posts require.

OK, this is a first: I made a recipe before you posted the ad, LOL. Made Scotcharoos a few nights ago and took them to my downstairs neighbor and his son.

I am not an oyster person, but may have to spring for some and try the Chesapeake Pudding. Maybe they'll go down easier mixed in with other things. Have heard that oysters even go in Thanksgiving stuffing out east.

Thanks for continuing to scour your sources for these extended food ad threads, Louis!
