Dinner for 4 in minutes seems like a fudge. Here are two articles from the NYTimesMachine. Those "individual pies" were probably 3" in diameter. Mixing, rolling, fitting pastry while the oven preheats, then baking for 25 minutes, we're talking at least an hour here. Was it good and worth the effort?
