Vintage Hardwick Range / Oven / Broiler / Gas / Propane Stove

I'm looking for a compact range for my cabin. Should I go with this one?

Can the the adjusting screw completely shut off the gas to the pilots? I want to be able to just light the burners with a long-reach butane lighter (no standing pilot).

I "think" it can. Always liked Hardwick products, had a Maytag branded Hardwick gas range for a while.

Your oven would be the only problem. That stove more than likely has a standing pilot in the oven with a thermocouple to light the burner. You will have to go in the back of the broiler to light it.
