I would love to find a vintage water cooler to install in my house! Take a look at this Fridigaire one! I see old water coolers frequently in older buildings around town. I hope I can get my hands on one if they break down. I imagine refurbing one shouldn't be too hard, since I have a little bit of experience with refrigeration equipment.

We retrofitted a Sunroc fountain with a R.O. glass filler and hooked the unit up to our R.O. system at our shop.

One time I saw a really old (early 50's?) refrigerated drinking fountain with a porcelain top (Halsey Taylor) at a psychiatric hospital auction but thought it would be too heavy for me to haul by myself so I did not bid on it, it sold for $5.

We used to have 'em at where I work-now they replaced them with the Bottled water drinking fountains-would rather have the older ones. The place I am working at can use either water from wells drilled here or public water.Yet some still used the bottled.
