Oooooo-Monkey Wards on line. Better luck this time around. I think one thing that killed Wards were those maintenance agreements they were hawking. While I'm well aware of how much money stores made on those things, the sellers were getting to be a real nuisance. I feel that MA's are not money well spent in most cases, costing outrageous sums, and keeping credit cards tied up with charges all the time. Sears is stepping up their "sales campaign" on MA's and could easily be headed in the same direction. Of course it's foolish to believe this, but I can recall the days before Wards folded; they were doing this. I can remember having spent $300 for a VCR and $900 for a maintenance agreement many years ago. Never again.

OK! I know I'm not the only one probably writing to inquire, but "What's Going ON" with M.Wards? They all went out of Business and now there is a Web-Site and Merchandise. Please let me know what's going on, are some more Stores going to open sometime soon again and what States/Cities? I live in Sacramento, California and would like to know especilly for around here, if there are going to be new Stores opening. I look forward in hearing from someone real soon, with some info about what's going on.
