Washer for sale, all need TLC

I have a few washers I am looking to find new homes, as they all need a little something done to make them perfect. I just don't have the time or space anymore.

First up, the Maytag. Needs a new water valve and looks to have a nice oil leak going on there. Was looking for $40.

Avocado GE

This one has either a leak around the drain on the tub. Looks to be rusted out a bit. Transmission boot may have come loose as well. Used once. Looking for $50 on this one.

Almond GE

This one also has a leak similar to the avocado one above, and at the moment, nothing securing the back panel. Still works, time was replaced at some point because the other one froze up. Asking $30 or best offer.

That Maytag is really nice. The inner tub is still nice and shiny, it still has it's Bakelite agitator and original lint filter, and the porcelain finish on the top panel seems to be in good shape. As late production 142's go, this is a really good candidate for restoration. I hope someone claims it.

The Maytag matches a dryer I just acquired. But retrieving it from New Jersey? Aiye yi yi yi!

GE Washer

I never understood why GE put the normal wash cycle at the bottom of the timer. It makes it hard to see where to start the cycle most people use the most often. I ended up putting a small dot of paint on the inner dial so it would be at the top for the start of normal and I didn't have to look under my hand to see the real pointer at the start of normal. Jeb

Any interest at all? I would like to move these to new homes, and not dump, but they all need to be gone soon.
