We fried up some sweet summer corn!

Ralph and I can't get enough sweet corn during the last half of summer when the farms in Michigan's thumb are turning it out by the truckloads. We love eating it right off the cob, but we had so much we decided to pan fry some of this sweet summer candy!

I had never heard of pan-fried corn; it looks delicious; I'll have to pick up some corn at the farmer's market today and give it a try. Can almost smell the corn aroma--yum! Love the Mama Cass, too.

There's a whole lot of fresh corn here in California too, along with a lot of fresh everything else. I love corn and it's no wonder since most of it that's grown in the US is used to feed pigs...oink!

That pan-fried recipe looks great. Your videos are always entertaining and fun. Next time invite Mama Cass inside.

My grand mother cooked her corn like this using butter and adding cream no one else ever learned to cook it like she did. I have been experimenting to duplicate the dish
