I was thinking of having a few extra water hookups and drain put in down in the basement and getting a couple more washers and dryers, at start my own laundry service, but I need to look into that some more. I think I will put the Maytag set in the upstairs laundry room, and the Frigidaires in the basement. After we close Friday and get the keys, I will try and get some pictures taken and get them posted.

WoW That's a quick closing

I had a pre-approved loan when I bought my house and with the inspections, title searches, this & thats. It took me a month to close, then another week to get the keys.

Count your blessings, this is going easy my broker told me it was mean to be. In your case it must be meant to be as well.

I'm just glad it happening this fast We didn't go through a real estate company. The company we went through is First Financial Group, they provide home ownership to people who are unable to get a traditional mortgage, it's a rent to own type program. Our payment is $650.00 a month but that includes insurance, taxes, and our water bill. We can't have the water bill in our name until the house is paid off and the title is in our name.

I forgot to mention that the every room is carpeted except the front hall, kitchen, laundry room, and the bathrooms. I know this will sound kind of silly, but I'm excited about having carpeting again, I get to use my Kirby Legend II again!!!
