Hi,
I was checking out your website, and it's definitely cool. I love the old washers and dryers. In fact, I have a pair, but I have no place to work on them or keep them even if they were operable. They are an early 50's pair of Westinghouse Laundromats from my parent's house. They have sold the house and we had to clear everything out, and I would
just hate to see these wonderful pieces go to the dump. Neither one has been working for ages, but from what I've seen on this site, some of these guys can fix stuff in a lot rougher shape than these two. They look real nice, but will of course need new parts like rubber parts and no
doubt some motor and pump work, etc.
Anyhow, if you have any associates or members in my area, please put out the word that these are free to a good home. Sorry, no photos, but you know what they look like. They're just like the pair on your home page, only with blue inserts in the doors. Real classy looking machines. I wish I had a lace to keep them, but I'm tapped for space, so I will have to be content with a toaster and a couple old phones. Thank you.
