Tappan bough Gaffers & Sattler. Possible made by Roper? The oven/drawer handles look like both M.C. and Tappan of the era. However, Tappan slide in electric ranges then had a thicker to front edge than the photo depicts. That looks more like Magic Chef. Tappan's also had front mounted knobs by 1968, and a higher price point than M.C., and I always felt, a bit better quality, though neither were high end, like Thermador.
By 1980 or so, a GE slide in electric, and a Roper were identical. Tappan's final electric free standing ranges in fact were also branded GE.
