What is this- Suds O Gun from Kirby?

I found this under the back seat in the exploder today... Have no clue where it came from..The car sat at the transmisson shop for like 3 months so it may have come from him... It has Kirby written on it and it's us patten number 3.072.342.. What is it?????????????????
Do any of you all that are vaccume lovers know this?? DOes it pertain to a Kirby Vaccume?

Kirby gun.

I believe that the emblem on the jar portion of the gun is the Kirby emblem of vacuume fame, but I haven't any clue what it does.

You have a Kirby spray gun--It is used to spray water based cleaners and paints-with the foam attachment-a screen like device that fits over the muzzle of the gun-it can be used to spray Kirby foam carpet-upholstry cleaner onto small items.To use it you would configure the Kirby vacuum to be a blower-you remove thge bag and floor nozzle.Then you wound put the hose on the kirby powerplant fan discharge opening where the bag was.then you would put the blower adaptor over the intake opening on the Kirby.then you have the Kirby sprayer.the sprayer was included with the Kirby standard attachment kit that came with the Kirby.All salesmen are supposed to demo the gun and what it can do and how to use it.

Kirby Moth Balls

Didn't they also have an attachement that crystalized moth balls and you put the entire vac in a closet and let it do its thing on your stored winter clothes?

those are awesome for shampooing furniture and car seats and interiors too. I've used the one that came with my Heritage II quite a bit.

The moth ball attachment was called the "crystalator" and last appeared with the Tradition model.

I am willing to send it to the proper vaccume collector if they want it... I have no use for it.... It was found in my explorer, which means some one may have shampooed my carpet, for what reason is unknown at this point as the car sat at the transmisson shop for 3 months
