I have lived in Munich since 1983. I sold new and used washers in the late 80's, early 90's.
Whirlpool in Germany made a lot of very bad mistakes when they first came on the market.
My one experience with them was very bad.
My former boss - who sells about 30 machines/week in Munich, refuses to sell Whirlpool or Bauknecht.
I have only had good experiences with Miele service. The commercial LGs sold in Germany have a good reputation in the trade, too. Nothing from AEG, Siemens-Bosch-Constructa or the Italian groups will hold up under that load.
I really wish some of the UK members wrote as pleasantly as the Americans, Canadians and folks from Down Under do...
