Hello all,

Thought I'd let you all know that my Whirlpool Calypso is still working fine after the help I was given here (and the missing parts I fabbed-up).

Now I have another problem... At the rental house I own (my former house) the (new) tenant is complaining that the washer isn't draining at the end of the cycle. Before I tell them to pound sand, (since I offer no warranties on my "courtesy" appliances; I'll at least take a shot at fixing it.

Haven't gone over there yet, but where would you start?

It's not spinning at all either.  I bet first it's the lid switch.  It won't drain or spin unless the lid switch is working properly.

I pray it's that simple good sir! That was my first appliance repair for my mom when I was about 10-years-old, lol... (Coppertone Kenmore 700 if anyone cares!)
