The rubber is deteriorated and on one wheel there is no rubber in between the floor and the wheel housing thing, so that one is probably a little too far gone in picture three

I have a MK1 with similar wheels
I have got spare wheels but getting the old ones off is a bitch but it can be done, I bought some spares on eBay the tyres were the same size but the fittings were not suitable so I removed the tyres and replaced the worn out ones.
You will have to drill the old rivets out and replace with new ones.

I think the best thing to do is remove one and measure it as I cannot recall at all what size they are ... Also it gives you chance to clean up the bearings in the castor and clean the grot off it. I found replacements on ebay and removed the rivets out the new one to enable me to put them on the machine .

Bunnings have a good selection of these wheels - I don't recall if they have the wheel alone or if you'd have to buy a castor and drill it out. I think they have the wheels...
the other place to contact is Fallshaw Castors in Sunshine, Vic. They are a long established company and might even have made your originals. If you send a good photo of yours they might have advice of how to remove your whole castor without damaging anything, and may even have a replacement. Maybe similar photos to your photo 1, but taken from a few angles. You might have to lay your machine on its back to get a good clear image. You would be trying to show the mounting as much as the wheel.

Hi Adam, unless they are very different to our models those wheels should just pull out of the holder easily, all bar if rusted in, we always pull the wheels out when moving them on a van so they dont slide about.
As Chris (Gizmo) says have a look around , even your local DIY may have similar, but the best thing would be just to replace the rubber tyre etc ..
