Since purchasing a new laptop a couple of years ago, I've been using "Open Office" as an alternative to paying for Microsoft's Office suite of applications. The "Open Office Writer" has been working fine as a substitute for "Word," but today as I was hoping to print up my list of addresses for holiday cards, I can't even get Open Office to launch. I'm 99.9% sure this is a result of a Windows 10 update that happened within the last week.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I don't know how to restore Open Office, but have a feeling I may have to reinstall it. I just don't even know where it came from. I had help in setting it up in the first place. Any advice would be appreciated.
